How do I change my order?

If you feel it is easier to change your order entirely, feel free to submit a new order and email us at info@hanamimatcha.com to cancel the previous order. Once your order is shipped, we will not be able to modify it further.

How can I track my package?

Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the courier. We do not have control over the delivery once the order leaves our facility, please contact the courier for delivery instructions or inquiry.

Where do you ship to?

We ship currently to Canada and the United States of America, however we do offer preferred rate for Canada & the United States. Shipping is handled by Canada Post and UPS- you can check shipping rate option at check out. For US orders, you are responsible for all Duties + Taxes.

When is my order shipped?

Usually your order will be processed the next business day and shipped within the next 1-2 business day.

How long will it take to get my order?

Some orders may deliver faster than others depending on the value of your order. All domestic orders (in Canada) are processed, shipped and normally delivered within 2-5 business days, U.S orders are processed, shipped and delivered within 5 - 12 business days.

How much is your shipping cost?

We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings onto you. Right now, we offer free shipping within Canada for orders $100 and over. U.S. shipping rate $35.00 CAD flat or free shipping for orders over $200 CAD or more. For International Customers outside of Canada, you are responsible for all Duties + Taxes associated with your order.

How do I return an item and receive a refund?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for defective products.

Matcha (Food): Unused, original packaging.

Non-Food: Unopened, original packaging.
